Summerside Primary Academy was inspected on the 21st and 22nd January 2025 - we continue to be a GOOD school.

Here are some of the highlights from the report:

Pupils thrive at Summerside and engage enthusiastically in their learning. 

Parents appreciate the school's clear communication, including regular updates on their children's progress. 

Leaders set high standards for all pupils and encourage them to do their best. Pupils respond well to these expectations, working diligently in class and behaving thoughtfully towards others. 

The school offers a broad range of extra-curricular activities that enrich pupils' experiences beyond the classroom. These include creative arts, music and drama clubs. Sports clubs are particularly popular. 

Pupils are polite and excited about their learning. They are also keen to showcase what they know and can remember about their learning.
